We are Maine’s only non-profit food business incubator and shared commercial kitchen.

Our mission is to support a just, diverse, and sustainable food economy in Maine, where food entrepreneurs are supported in their quest to produce high quality and sustainable products utilizing locally sourced ingredients.

We are driven by our mission and our values: sustainability, community, autonomy, diversity, innovation, and integrity.

Fork Food Lab is a membership based shared kitchen, with all the commercial equipment needed for food production. With nearly 50 members working side by side to start or grow their companies, it is the perfect place to launch your dream of starting a food business.
